C'est au printemps 2017 que cette magnifique série portant sur le monde du Karting à été tournée dans notre magnifique ville de Québec et en partie chez KCR Karting! Un superbe projet réalisé par la boite de production PARALLAXES et signé CLUB ILLICO.

La Dérape raconte le parcours de Julia, qui est de retour au Québec à la suite d'un événement tragique après avoir passé 10 ans aux États-Unis. Pour trouver l'équilibre, l'adolescente misera sur sa passion pour le karting, mais elle devra faire preuve de courage et de détermination pour faire sa place et composer avec la rivalité des pilotes de sa nouvelle équipe BRR. Si Julia est en terrain connu sur la piste, elle peine à trouver ses repères socialement. Mais avec le soutien d'Émilie, son amie et voisine de palier, elle parviendra à passer au travers des difficultés, et peut-être même trouver l'amour...
